Keystone provide drafting services as to complete project plans and documents for submission for Local Authority Permissions.


Following the design of your project we compile drawing sets for the Planning Application process.


In addition to compiling drawings we act as your agent completing all required forms and documents required for your application,including : Design & Access Statements,Sensitive Development Questionnaires,Land Contamination Reports and Flood Risk Assessments.


We also arrange and oversee Bat & Owl Surveys and liaise with our legal associates to compile Section 106 Agreements where affordable housing allocation is required.




Once Planning Permission has been achieved ( if required) your project may require Building Control Approval.

This is achieved in a number of ways dependant on the size and complexity of your project.Working with both Local Authority and private sector Building Inspectorates,we compile and complete all required detail drawings and documentation for approval.
